Modification of electrode work function for enhanced performance in organic photovoltaics |
초록 |
The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of organic photovoltaics(OPVs) can be enhanced by modifying work function of indium tin oxide(ITO) electrode. The surface of ITO was treated by solvent precursor containing electronegative functional group for high work function. The work function of modified ITO provided a match to the energy level of the donor material of photoactive layer. By introducing work function modified ITO for transparent electrode of OPVs, short circuit current(Jsc), fill factor(FF) and PCE were enhanced. |
