제목 Improved performance of P-type dye sensitized solar cells  with Nickel acetate blocking layer
초록 In this study, we reported on a simple and inexpensive process for fabrication of a compact NiO blocking layer by decomposing an ethanolic precursor solution of nickel acetate tetrahydrate. Different number of spin-coatings were applied to investigate the influence of blocking layer thickness on the photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells. After being spin-coated for two times, followed by thermal decomposition at 450 °C, a compact NiO blocking layer with the thickness of 200 nm was acquired to provide the best power conversion efficiency (η). The increment of short-circuit photocurrent (Jsc) and fill factor (FF) leading to 25% increase in the η.
