제목 Control of Phase Behavior of Nano-structured Block Copolymer by using Homopolymers
초록 The phase diagrams for mixtures consisting of symmetric polystyrene-block-poly (n-pentyl methacrylate) copolymer (PS-PnPMA) and PS (or PnPMA) homopolymers with various molecular weights are presented. The lower disordered-ordered transition (LDOT) and upper ordered-disordered transition (UODT) temperatures of mixtures were determined by polarized optical microscopy, depolarized light scattering and small angle x-ray scattering. The LDOT decreases but UODT increases with increasing amount of PS. Microdomains of the mixtures were examined by transmission electronic microscopy. It was investigated that the nano-structure of block copolymer changed as different homopolymer molecular weight and weight fraction.
