초록 |
UV-sensitive microgels were prepared by complex cross-linking β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and hydrophobiacally modified poly(vinyl alcohol) (HmPVA) containing epoxypropoxy coumarin(EPC). Poly(β-CD) was prepared by reacting Epichlorohydrin and β-CD in aqueous phase(NaOH solution 30%(w/v)). The complex was weakly formed microgel. Poly(β-CD) will interact with HmPVA-EPC by the complex of hydrphobically cavity of CD and hydrophilically chain of HmPVA. The size of microgel was from hundreds of nanometers to several micrometers. Dimerization of microgel was occurred by EPC of the complex. The dimerization degree of EPC was higher at 365nm than at 254nm, The degree of release was also higher at 365nm. Microgel would swell due to the de-dimerization of EPC which could control the release of their contents under UV irradiation. |
