Effects of molecular structure of co-adsorbate on the interfacial charge recombination in TiO2-based solar cells |
초록 |
In order to reduce the interfacial charge recombination between the photo-injected electrons and triiodide ions in the electrolyte, dyes and co-adsorbates were electrophoretically adsorbed on the surface of TiO2 photoelectrodes. When sodium dodecyl sulfonate was applied as a co-adsorbate, the interfacial charge recombination was reduced, resulting in an enhancement in short-circuit current (Jsc) and open-circuit voltage (Voc) of TiO2-based solar cells. However, by the replacement of it with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the power conversion efficiency was decreased, due to an decrement in Jsc and Voc. |
