제목 Graphene oxide-coated microbeads for enrichment of short length nucleic acids from liquid biopsy
초록 A variety of biomarkers exist for diagnosis and prognosis in liquid biopsies. The microRNA, the length of the target sequence is less than 30 bases has recently focused as a biomarker for various cancers. However, it has difficult in detection by its short length. In this study, graphene oxide (GO) coated microbeads for easier and simpler separation of short length nucleic acids from the liquid biopsy samples. Various functional groups on GO have enabled strong affinity between GO and nucleic acids. The short length nucleic acids adsorption condition was optimized by various buffer conditions and operating conditions. This nucleic acids enrichment method using GO surface could be directly applied on biomarker detection in clinical sample.
