제목 Properities of UV-PUDs Based on 1,3-dihydroxyacetone Dimer
초록 We have studied UV curable polyurethane dispersions (UV-PUDs) based on 1,3-dihydroxyacetone dimer. UV-PUDs have been synthesized by different prepolymer chain length, content of crosslinking agent, 1,3-dihydroxyacetone dimer, and type of polyol. Films based on UV-PUDs were tack free prior to cure. As the prepolymer length decreased or the content of crosslinking agent increased, they showed high hardness and modulus but low elongation at break. UV-PUD based on PTAd having ester group showed the highest tensile strength.
