제목 Nanoencapsulation of Vitamin C Using Chitosan with TPP or Fucoidan in the Centella Asiatica Extracts for Improves Biocompatiblity
초록 The potential of hydrophilic nanocarriers have important potential roles for the treated of therapeutic or diverse delivery systems. The polysaccharide chitosan (CS) has many applications, such as delivery materials, due to biocompatible, biodegradable and non-toxic. Furthermore, which is reported to enhance drug delivery ability across the mucosal layer. We prepared chitosan nanoparticles by using the ionic gelation crosslinking of a tri-poly phosphate (TPP) and cationic amino groups of chitosan. Which chitosan and TPP were sensitive to pH and adjusted to 5 and 2, respectively. The prepared chitosan nanocarriers had a diameter of less than 100 nm and showed relatively even dispersion.
