제목 Development of transparent film heater using conducting polymer nanocomposites
초록 Recently, transparent film heater have attracted in many industry such as heating panel, defroster a refrigerator or automotive. We report high performance, flexible conductive, low sheet resistance and large scale transparent film heater using over-coated layer (OCL) onto the metal mesh film using conducting polymer nanocomposites. The coating solution was prepared by adding PEDOT:PSS/graphene oxide mixture into mixture solution consisted of acetyl propyl alcohol (IPA) and DI water. OCL coating films were produced by bar coating process. Time-dependent temperature profiles analyses show that the maximum temperature of the transparent film heater is 120℃ at 2 ampere. The optical properties of the heating film were measured by UV-vis spectra and the optical transmittance of transparent film heater higher than 80%. The IR camera was used to observe the surface of the OCL film when current is flows. The large scale of OCL films (25 cm x 20 cm) performance will be discussion.
