Over the past decade, metal oxide nanostructures have become focused of intense research for exploration in various applications such as solar-cells, photochemistry, electronics even bio-medical application. Among them, TiO2 has the most fuctional properties such as optimum band edge, chemical stability, good electronic properties. In orer to enhane the properties low demensional naoscale geometeries have been explored. In this presentation, we give an overview of the latest results of anodic TiO2 nanotube and porous structures. We will disucss ciritical factors of grow highly aligned and high aspect ratio anodic metal oxide nanostructures and applications. |
