Lithium-ion battery is easy to charge and discharge, which have high energy density and open-circuit voltage. Our present work is to synthesize a solid electrolyte based on fluorosulfonyl group that can be used in a lithium ion battery. Monomer with sulfonylamide groups was synthesized from Flurosulfonyl isocyanate and imide type materials. In this process, the reaction was carried out by using Triethylamine (TEA) as a base catalyst, because the reaction was not carried out without catalyst. Homopolymer and copolymer will be prepared by using azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) and styrene. The structural properties of the synthesized polymers will be studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). Thermal property of polymers will also be analyzed by Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). |
