Preparation of N-doped carbon nanoparticle and their properties |
| 초록 |
The N-doped carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) have been prepared by hydrothermal method using melamine as a raw material. The hydrothermal reactions were carried using high pressure bomb reactor equipped with thermocouple and pressure gauge with varied reaction time and temperature. The particle sizes of CNPs were measured using dynamic light scattering (DLS) analyzer as 6.7 – 45.6 nm. The properties of light absorption and emission of CNPs were studied using UV-Vis and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies. |
