Functionalization of SiO2 nanoparticles by polyethlyeneimine(PEI) and preparation of phosphoric acid-doped PBI/PEI-SiO2 composite membrane for high temperature PEMFC |
초록 |
Many different types of alternative high-temperature polymer electrolyte membrane have been studied. polybenzimidazole(PBI) is a relatively low cost non-perfluorinated basic polymer easily doped with strong acids to form a single phase polymer electrolyte. In this study, polyethyleneimine(PEI) was successfully incorporated onto the surface of SiO2 nanoparticles. Various PBI/PEI-SiO2 composite membrane were prapared with different contents of PEI-SiO2 nanoparticles from 0% to 6%. For cell test, the membrane electrolyte assembly(MEA) was fabricated with commercial Pt/C having Pt-loading of each 0.5mg/cm2 at anode and cathode, respectively. |
