제목 Preparation of cellulose nanoparticles by emulsification - diffusion method
초록 In this study, cellulose nanoparticles were prepared by spontaneous emulsification solvent diffusion method. A raw materials for nanoparticles were used nitrocellulose and ethylcellulose, and emulsification agent was used tween 80. An active agents for skin care were used vitamin A pamitate, vitamin E acetate and arbutin. The cellulose nanoparticles were obtained by dispersing acetone/ethanol(6/4) solution with the active agents into an aqueous phase using ultrasonicator. After preparing nanoparticles, the emulsifier and organic solvent were removed by dialysis (membrane MW 3500). The mean diameter and polydispersity of the nanoparticles were measured by an electrophoretic light scattering spectrophotometer. Loading amount of the active agent in cellulose nanoparticles was determined by UV-visible spectroscopy. In results, the particle size and polydispersity of cellulose nanoparticles were
