Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE)/Polypropylene (PP) Blends in the Presence of Graphene Oxide (GO) |
초록 |
Various amounts of graphene oxide (GO) have been added to the binary blends of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and polypropylene (PP) in decalin to reinforce the blend as well as to provide the blends with conductivity. In an attempt to obtain uniform, better dispersion of GO in the resin, a substantial amount of PE-g-MAH or PP-g-MAH was added to interpose at the interfaces. It was found that the low viscosity component PP encapsulate the flow by which the viscosity has been decreased. GO added to the blends showed reinforcing effect in terms of modulus. |
