제목 Glucose Sensors Fabricated by Piezoelectric Inkjet Printing
초록 The piezoelectric inkjet printing holds great promise for fabrication of miniaturized bioelectronic devices. In this study, enzymatic glucose biosensors based on conducting polymer/glucose oxidase/HRP composites were fabricated by the inkjet printing. Combination of GOx and HRP has a synergistic effect resulting in significant amplification of the response signal. The bioink was printed on ITO coated PET film by a piezoelectric inkjet printer. An image that has multiple squares (1X1 cm) with 564 dpi resolution was prepared The patterned film was covered with a cellulose acetate membrane. Response to different glucose concentrations was measured by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. Pt wire and Ag/AgCl electrode were used as counter and reference electrodes. The fabricated glucose sensor exhibited a linear dose-dependent electrochemical response to glucose from 240 uM to 640 uM with the sensitivity of 2.569 nA·cm-2·uM (R2=0.983). The lower detection limit was 0.24 mM glucose.
