제목 Transdermal drug delivery system by composite of electrospun PEO fibers and CNTs
초록 The composite of polyethylene oxide (PEO) fibers and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) was prepared by electrospinning method as a transdermal drug delivery material. The cross link of PEO fibers was conducted by UV irradiation. CNTs existed inside of PEO fibers confirmed by SEM and TEM. The electrical conductivity increased by addition of CNTs measured by four probe method. Drug release experimental was carried out by using Franz diffusion cell under various electric fields. Drug was well released through mouse skin by increasing the applied electric voltage.
