In order to increase solubility of the V(acac)3 as energy storage chemicals, we synthesized the electrolyte supporters such as N,N-dimethylpiperidinum tetrafluoroborate, [DMP]+[BF4]-, and N,N-dimethylpiperidinum hexafluorophosphate, [DMP]+[PF6]-, respectively. Subsequently, we prepared the binary and ternary electrolytes with [DMP]+[BF4]- or [DMP]+[PF6]- in order to increase solubility V(acac)3. The redox property of the V(acac)3 with different concentration in binary and ternary electrolyte also evaluated by CV, respectively. The vanadium redox flow battery performance was also done in binary and ternary electrolytes with the different concentration of V(acac)3 as energy storage materials. |
