In order to increase solubility of the V(acac)3 as energy storage chemicals, we synthesized the new electrolyte supporters such as N,N-dimethylpyrrolidinium tetrafluoroborate, [DMPy]+[BF4]-, and N,N-dimethylpyrrolidinium hexafluorophosphate, [DMPy]+[PF6]-, respectively. Subsequently, we prepared the binary and ternary electrolytes with [DMPy]+[BF4]- and [DMPy]+[PF6]- in order to increase solubility V(acac)3, respectively. The redox property of the V(acac)3 with different concentration in binary and ternary electrolyte also evaluated by CV, respectively. The vanadium redox flow battery performance was also examined in binary and ternary electrolytes with the different concentration of V(acac)3 as energy storage materials, and the different electrolyte supporters, respectively. |
