제목 | Synthesis of CdX (X=S, Se, and Te) QDs using instable precursor for an electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor |
초록 | Quantum dots (QDs) have attracted considerable interest due to significant advantages of size-dependent electronic and optic properties. ECLs based on a QD system have been known for offering a wide range of advantages such as broad excitation spectra, narrow emission spectra, and low cost. On the other hand, the synthesis of QDs using microwave irradiation and laser have disadvantages such as complication and taking a long time. In this study, we developed that an easier and stable synthesis method of CdX (X=S, Se, and Te) QDs using instable precursor (NaHX). The synthesized CdS, CdSe, and CdTe QDs was characterized via DLS, TEM, UV, and PL. Furthermore, the synthesized CdX QDs are going to use as ECL signal generator in biosensor. |
