The most widely investigated nanomaterials for polymeric solar cells have been semiconducting nanocrystals, fullerenes, and single wall carbon nanotubes.In particular CdSe QDs, nanorods, and tetrapods have all shown viability as successful polymer solar cell additives.In this study, we prepared CdSe@MWNT, CdS@MWNT and Cu2S@MWNT composite by gamma-irradiation in order to use additives in solar cell.The successfully preparation results of the QDs@MWNT composites were confirmed through TEM, ESL, XPS, and CV, respectively.In order to obtain power conversion efficiency, we are going to prepare solar cell device by spin-coating method. |
