| 제목 | Enhanced Performance in Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells with a PFN/Al Bilayer Cathode |
| 초록 | Polymer solar cells(PSCs) have attracted much attention due to their many advantages. However, the efficiency is still too low to be used for commercial applications. In this study, PFN+additive/Al bilayer cathode was introduced in device fabrication process for enhanced electron accepting and photon harvesting properties. Jsc, Voc, FF and PCE of fabricated device were 10.5 mA/cm2, 0.94 V, 48 % and 4.8 %, respectively. |
