The 2D MXene family, with its inherently attractive properties, has been applied in many areas. 2D Ti3C2 nanosheet (NS) has been demonstrated as a photothermal conversion agent, and its photodynamic behavior can be facilitated by decorating the noble nanoparticle (NP). We fabricated Pd NPs decorated MXene nanosheet to demonstrate the H2O2 generation under NIR laser irradiation. The produced H2O2 can be decomposed to ROS by Pd NPs, which display the peroxidase-like activity. The Pd NP decorated MXene nanostructure exhibits the plasmonic coupling effect and shows the 1.7 times increased defect. In addition, the Pd@MXene shows excellent POD-like behavior with a higher affinity to H2O2 substrate. The Pd@MXene nanostructure is looking forward to being a powerful candidate for multiple agents of future theragnosis. |
