Self-assemblies from poly(amino acid)-based amphiphilic graft copolymer for transdermal drug delivery |
초록 |
Polymeric self-assemblies from amphiphilic poly(amino acid)-based graft copolymer were studied for transdermal drug delivery. In this study self-assemblies with diverse morphology have been prepared and studied. Molecular characteristics of synthesized graft copolymer were characterized 1H-NMR and FT-IR. Self-assembling behavior was studied with dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission elelctron microscope (TEM) and fluorescence spectroscope. In addition, the feasibility of utilizing these self-assemblies as a transdermal drug carrier was evaluated by using Franz cell diffusion and characterized with confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) as well as fluorescence spectroscopy. |
