제목 A study on the ceramic dispersion stability in photopolymers for stereolithography 3D printing process
초록 Al2O3 ceramic particles were uniformly coated with silane coupling agent (VTES, vinyltriethoxysilane) through a hydrolysis and condensation reaction, and VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic particles with different VTES coating thickness were dispersed in commercial photopolymer (3DK-A83B) based on IPN phenomena for stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing technology. The different VTES coating thickness on Al2O3 ceramic particle surface were observed in SEM, TEM and element mapping images, and the average coating thickness were measured by TEM. The dispersion stability depending on the different VTES coating thickness and the different Al2O3 ceramic content was investigated by Turbiscan and relexation NMR. The interior structure analysis of 3D printed objects using the VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic/photopolymer composites were investigated by X-ray CT.
