Photothermal agent by graphene-based amphipathic molecule |
초록 |
Graphene has attracted attention as fascinating nanomaterials for various applications through its unique 2 Dimentional p-conjugated structure and its excellent mechanical and thermal properties. Photothermal therapy is an extension of photodynamic therapy and its less harmful to other cells and tissues. In this study, functionalized chemically reduced graphene oxide has synthesized with amphipathic molecule for high dispersion stability by noncovalent functionalization. In additional rGO/CP750 is effective at NIR-responsive photothermal conversion properties. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
