제목 In vivo Biodistribution and Toxicity of Targeted Near-IR QDs-loaded micelles
초록 Nanometer-scale semi-conductor quantum dots (QDs) have attracted widespread interest in medical diagnosis and treatment, though many can have intrinsic term toxicities, especially those composed of CdSe. Here we have been studies bio-distribution, clearance, and toxicity studies which were carried out to observe the toxic effects of Cd2+. Near-IR QDs-loaded micelles have been shown lees toxic and comparatively safer for live cell than water soluble QDs due to polymeric coating and cross linked for ultra stability. Organ tissues were stained with H&E and the images of tissue were not detected any damage which may complain non-toxicity effects of Near-IR QDs-loaded micelles. Our designed Near-IR QDs-loaded targeted micelles have been proved as safe and effective for targeted delivery.
