Recently the direct printing technology has been paid attention due to the advantages of easy fabrication, costdown, and environment-friendly process. Furthermore all-printed OLED was also able to be developed and presented this year. The conventional inkjet technology has several limitations such as ink viscosity (10 to 30 cP), pattern size (minimum around 20 micrometers), and pattern thickness (around 200 naometer thin). The aerosol jet printing technology could overcome some issues mentioned, however still it has some problem of spattered particles contamination in the vicinity of the pattern. We have developed eNano printer, which enables to print micro to nanoscale patterns with various viscosity ink (1 to 50000 cPs). In this talk, the overview of the eNano printer will be addressed and several applications such as electrode printing for semiconductor, metal-mesh based transparent electrode, meta-material and micro lens array will be presented. |
