Double-layered scaffolds with fibrous and inner porous layer were characterized regarding porosity, morphology and blood leakage testing, suture retention testing. In order to study fibrous structure by polymer solution spinning, PLCL gel-spining method was used. Fibrous scaffolds were fabricated following randomized test conditions by changing several main factors of PLCL solution. Double-layered scaffolds were fabricated in the two steps using salt-leaching and PLCL gel-like solution spinning. The morphology of pores and their networks varied with the salt weight ratio and humidity. On the basis of this study, a novel machinery device controlling fabrication conditions easily can be applied to develop various tubular scaffold for vascular tissue engineering. Their in vivo studies were showed patency after 24weeks and there is no thrombosis. |
