In this study, the synthesized zirconia nanoparticles was stable at room temperature using by co-precipitation method without stabilizer such as Y2O3, MgO and CaO. The synthesis process was calcination to titrated of pH at 7, 9, 12 of amorphous Zirconia used by surfactant and precursor. Calcined crystalline zirconia was characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction), TEM (Transmission electron microscope), UV-vis (Diffraction reflectance spectrometer), and BET analysis. The XRD results showed tetragonal and cubic phase was obtained in different pH; TEM-SAED pattern was represented crystallinity. In addition we could be calculated crystalline zirconia band gap energy via UV-vis analysis. |
