제목 Electrospun chitin nanofibrous for tissue engineering
초록 Chitin, a natural polymer, has been importantly considered as biomedical materials due to its biocompatibility, various bio-active characteristes. In this study, chitin was fabricated nanofibrous for tissue engineering using electrospinning. Pore size and morphology of chitin nanofibrous can be controlled by ultra-sonication. The morphology of chitin nanofibrous were examined by SEM. The NHDF cells were seeded on chitin nanofibrous. Cell morphology and cytotoxicity for 1day, 4days and 7days was confirmed by SEM and CCK-8, respectively.
