제목 Encapsulation of ZnSe quantum dots within silica by water-in-oil microemulsions
초록 Silica encapsulated ZnSe quantum dots were prepared using a safe, simple synthetic method by employing water-containing AOT reversed micelles (microemulsions). For the encapsulation, dilute ammonia and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) in reversed micelles were injected directly to AOT reversed micellar solutions after the formation of ZnSe quantum dots. Then, the silica encapsulated ZnSe quantum dots were characterized. For characterizing study, photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL), dynamic light scattering technique (DLS), inductively coupled plasma analysis, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed.
