Surface-modified TiO2 nanotube arrays for photoelectrochemical hydrogen evolution |
초록 |
TiO2 nanotube arrays (TNA) is a very attractive material with unique one-dimensional porous nanoarchitecture. It is readily synthesized via electrical anodization of Ti foil in fluoride solution at acidic pH. The tube lengths and pore diameters are highly tunable with changing electrolyte and controlling applied voltages/currents, while the array size can be extended virtually limitless. Coupling of CdS to TNA (TNA/CdS) may be a representative application example of TNA to solar visible light (λ > 420 nm) conversion.
