Ion exchange resin is a widely used for the purpose of absorption, as well as ion exchange. In this study, the advantage of the ion exchange resin using a matrix of EVA was enhanced physical properties. The matrix with the ion exchange resin was subjected to tests at the rate of 40,50,60%. The cation exchange resins were pulverized by air jet mill. . The average particle size of the cation exchange resins were under 10μm. The morphology of the heterogeneous membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Tensile strength are measured that ion exchange resin’s ratio comes up then become weak. This trend is likely to form a similar in any matrix, but LDPE will exerts a greater influence on the physical strength than EVA. For example LDPE’s tensile strength is change to about 77%, but EVA is change to 45%. |
