Immobilization of collagen on the surface of titania/hydroxyapatite composite nanofibrous mat for biomedical application |
초록 |
Titania is widely used in dental and orthopaedic implants because of its good biocompatibility, and hydroxyapatite(HA) is closely related to its chemical and biological similarities with human hard tissues. In this study, the composite nanofibrous mat consisting of titania and hydroxyapatite was fabricated to make up for this weak point. The novel and simple electrospinning technique was used to prepare the composite nanofibrous mat of titania and HA by spraying a precursor solution and calcining the as-electrospun fibers at different temperatures. The strong biological adhesion between bone cells and the substrate was obtained by the immobilization of collagen on the surface of composite nanofibrous mat. |
