The silk has been widely used as a potential biomaterial. Silk has low immunity, high. In this study, we fabricated the silk based scaffolds with 1, 2, and 3% were produced by Freeze-dried. And we confirm characteristics of Silk-fibroin scaffold by FT-IR, Compressive strength, SEM, and electrophoresis. Also were performed the cell adhesion and proliferation assay for applicability of silk-fibroin scaffold for wound healing. In vivo inflammatory responses surrounding the implants was performed at 2 or 4 weeks after implantation. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the comparison between the silk-fibroin scaffold and inflammatory in vitro and in vivo. As a result, this study suggests that silk-fibroin scaffold of easy producing and developed in this study has possibility of applications for future used on wound healing.
