Synthesis of mesoporous carbon CoS nanocomposite electro catalytic electrodes for dye sensitized solar cells |
초록 |
A mesoporous carbon CoS nanocomposite counterelectrode was prepared using chemical vapor deposition followed by sol-gel process with amphiphilic graft copolymers. SEM show that CoS nanoparticles are uniformly implanted on the mesoporous carbon. Furthermore, the mesoporous carbon CoS nanocomposite counterelectrode is characterized in a dye sensitized solar cells and is found to be highly electro catalytic towards I3- reduction with low charge transfer resistance and high cell efficiency. The enhanced performance compared to the pristine CoS counterelectrode is attributed to the increased number of active catalytic sites of mesoporous carbon CoS nanocomposite and highly conducting path of carbon structure. |
