초록 | Pluronic-based nano-carriers with good biocompatibility were prepared by photo-crosslinking diacrylated pluronic without using an organic dispersion phase. Due to the change in hydrophobicity of pluronic by temperature, these nano-carriers show a huge thermo-sensitive volume change, which can be used to load target drugs easily and efficiently. Chitosan conjugation to the nano-carriers significantly enhanced long term circulation and preferential localization in tumor.
