제목 Inverted Polymer Solar Cells by Using Benzoic Acid Derivatives Modified ZnO as an Electron Transporting Layer
초록 The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of polymer solar cells (PSCs) is affected by several factors such as open circuit voltage, short circuit current and fill factor. One of the most important factors is morphology of active layer. The work function of Zinc oxide (ZnO) which was made by sol-gel process as an electron transporting layer (ETL) can be changed by self assembled monolayers (SAMs) molecules derived from benzoic acid (BA) derivatives such as 4-Carbazol-9-yl-benzoic acid (Cz-BA) and 4-Diphenylamino-benzoic acid (DPA-BA). Also, the surface energy of ZnO can be modified. Herein, we investigate the photovoltaic properties of polymer solar cells with SAM treated ZnO as an electron collecting layer.
