Biomimetic self-assembly of an novel amphiphilic polyaspartamide nanocell |
초록 |
Nanosized self-aggregates with various morphologies are being increasingly studied for targeted delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic molecules. Therefore, this study presents synthesis of an amphiphilic polyaspartamide copolymer grafted with porphyrin molecules that can form micelle-like self-aggregates in an aqueous solution. Increasing the degree of substitution of porphyrin molecules drives the polymer to self-assemble into a highly ordered packing structure. Further introduction of the metal ions into the packing structure leads to a significant increase in the uptake of oxygen molecules. The results will serve to improve the efficiency of targeted delivery for a molecular ultrasound imaging with various biomedical modalities. |
