제목 Solution processable ambipolar small molecule - polymer blend organic field-effect transistors for enhancing charge carrier mobility
초록 Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) based on solution processable organic semiconductors have received considerable attention due to their advantages such as low cost, large area and easy fabrication. For the purpose of solution processability, numerous small molecular semiconductors have been developed with appropriate solubilizing groups. Simple blends of small molecules and binder polymers have been considered as successful strategy for improving processability as well as increasing device performance. Blending small molecules with binder polymers induce vertical phase separation and increase degree of crystallinity, leading to enhanced charge carrier mobility. Recently, our group reported novel solution processable small molecules, which exhibited balanced ambipolar properties. Herein, we investigate blend effect of solution processable ambipolar small molecules with insulating binder polymers for increasing performance of field-effect transistors.
