제목 Correlation between film nanomorphology and device performance in polymer/fullerene solar cells
초록 Most of high efficiency organic solar cells employ a donor-acceptor bulk heterojunction structure. Among various combinations, blend films of regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and 1-(3-methoxycarbonyl)-propyl-1-phenyl-(6,6)C61 (PCBM) are most widely used for high efficiency polymer solar cells. The power conversion efficiency of the P3HT:PCBM solar cells has been reported to be improved by thermal annealing of either films or devices. In this work we have fabricated P3HT:PCBM films and then these films were characterized with in-situ two dimensional (2D) grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD) measurements by changing annealing time. In this presentation we will discuss the correlation between the nanostructure of films measured by GIXRD and the performance of polymer solar cells with annealing time.
