제목 PEG PPG grafted thermosensitive nanoparticles composed of deoxycholic acid modified chitosan oligosccharide
초록 To develop the nanoparticle of thermosensitive based on Chitosan oligosaccharide(COS). COS was chemically modified with Deoxycholic acid(DA) which in one of bile acid as a hydrophobic group. The conjugated thermosensitive moiety as an PEG-PPG diblock copolymer CD nanoparticles (CD-PEGPG) were prepared. The structure was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), and ¹H Nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H-NMR), Particle formation was confirmed to become by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Electrophoretic LS spectrophotometer (ELS). The critical micellization concentration (CMC) of CDPEGPG nanoparticle in distilled water was determined. The Result synthesised thermosensitive nanoparticle was comfirmed sucessful.
