제목 Synthesis and Photovoltaic properties of copolymers based on4,7-Di-thiophen-2-yl-benzo[1,2,5]thiadiazole and 9,10-dialkoxyphenanthrene
초록 The band gap (Eg) and open circuit voltage (Voc) are very important factor for improving photon conversion efficiency (IPCE) of photovoltaic devices (PVs). One of the strategies to make low band gap donor polymers is the synthesis of copolymer from electron-rich and electron-deficient units in their backbone. To get low band gap and high Voc, we introduce 4,7-di-thiophen-2-yl-benzo[1,2,5]thiadiazole (TBT). Also, morphology of the blend of -conjugated polymer and PCBM is important factor for improving PV efficiency. The monomers with very planar structure would be very helpful for improving the morphology of active layer so that we introduce 9,10-dialkoxyphenanthrene (DROPh), which has very planar geometry. In this presentation, we will report synthesis, optical, and electrochemical properties of new copolymers. Also, the PV properties based on the blend of new copolymer and PCBM will be discussed.
