Comparative study on morphology change of particle during dry grind process with various type ball mills |
초록 |
Recently, metal powder grinding experiments are investigated for the powder metallurgy with using mechanical ball milling process. This investigation is the comparative study on morphology change of particle during dry grind process with various type ball mills. It has observed that ground particle morphology was changed with various ball mills as traditional ball mill, planetary ball mill and stirred ball mill. The results have been monitored morphology, crystal structure and particle size from SEM, XRD and PSA, respectively on a given grinding time. In this experiment, it was observed a difference in the stage of morphological change because of the characteristics of various ball milling. |
