Removal of impurities inside crude oil in electric field |
초록 |
Nonconventional oil has been widely studied because of depletion of oil reserves and increasing prices of conventional oil. Impurities inside has to be removed because the high viscosity, several acidic components, sulfur, and impurities cause some problems such as processes corrosion and crude oil quality deterioration. Electrical separation method has been used to remove impurities during emulsification process. We studied the way how to remove impurities effectively from crude oil using electric field. We changed the voltage, temperature, mixing rate and mixing time to improve water/oil separation efficiency. We observed moisture, viscosity, salt content, and TAN(Total Acid Number), Na, Ca content. |
