Production of adefovir dipivoxil particlesusing supercritical CO2 |
초록 |
We tried to recrystallization adefovir dipivoxil using rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) process. Rapid expansion of supercritical solutions (RESS) technology is generally reconized as a well-established technique for producing nano to micron-sized particles from a single component, especially from organics and polymers. The RESS process is reducing the particle size using the supercritical fluid. The size of adefovir dipivoxil particles by RESS process can be controlled by adjusting parameters. The temperature range is from 308.15 to 323.15K and the pressure range is from 25 to 30 MPa. |
