제목 Selenophene-containing Donor-Acceptor Conjugated Polymer and Their Nanowires Displaying Single Crystalline Nature
초록 Organic nano-sized objects have attracted much attention because they did show different property in nanospace from the property in micro-/macroscopic regime. They also display strong potential as a new approach to fabricate nanoscopic electronic devices. Recently, highly crystalline polymeric nano materials revealed the great importance of studying intrinsic structural property and determining the limited device performance. Also, the morphology and crystallinity of nanowires are important for their charge transport properties. In this study, we designed donor-acceptor conjugated polymer with planar and rigid moiety in repeating groups for elaborating solution-based polymer nanowires (PNWs). Furthermore, we collected diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based copolymers having different molecular weight. Optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope analysis were employed to investigate the intrinsic charge transport properties of the polymers.
