제목 Donor-Acceptor Conjugated Polymers containing Diketopyrrolopyrrole and Thienoacene
초록 Rapid progress has been achieved in the development of high-performance semiconducting polymers with significantly high -extended conjugated length and because of their outstanding mechanical and semiconducting properties, highly conjugated crystalline polymers have come to be accepted as ideal candidates for the active channel of large-scale thin film transistor (TFT) devices. The highly coplanar conformation also induced the formation of highly ordered crystalline structure, significantly promoting charge transporting ability. In the presentation, we demonstrate a series of new low bandgap conjugated polymers containing diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) and thienoacene moieties. The polymers were highly crystalline and displayed very promising charge transport phenomenon. Eventually, we fabricated field effect transistor to study their p-type semiconducting property.
