제목 The sjudy of polymer composite using recycled glass mat thermoplastice from bumper beam
초록 Polymer composite using recycled glass mat thermoplastic(GMT) from bumper back beam were successfully fabricated and their mechanical properties such as tensile strength and flexural strength, impact strength, young’s modulus, were demonstrated for various application. Polymer composite using Recycled GMT, Polypropylene and glass fiber were prepared melt mixing method via twin-screw extruder. Polymer composites were fabricated according to the content of Recycled GMT and total content of glass fiber were equally fixed. The structural and mechanical properties, thermal properties of the Polymer composite were investigated via universal testing machine(UTM), scanning electron microscope(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA).
